"Absolutely the worst professionalism I have seen from a barbershop instead of being greeted I’m told to sign in on a iPad that wasn’t wwas eking and when I ask a question it staff was rude won’t come back again"

"Easily one of my kids favorite places to get their hair cut. With large TVs at each station you can keep up with the sports world or choose to chat with the stylist. Stylist seem to always be focused on satisfaction and ask if you like the cut numerous times. They also have record of your last cut so you don't have to remember the blade number. Just remember if you liked it that short or want your hair longer this time. The new online check in is super helpful with cutting the wait time down because it could become a long wait during the peak busy time of day!"

"Poor staffing levels. Never enough staff for the demand. Slow. On line check in rarelyvworks. Have given them several chances but will look elsewhere. Avoid this place."

"So I got a haircut from a very awesome gal today! I am use to going to another place but this lady made me feel really comfortable. I have major anxiety when it comes getting my haircut by someone new but she made me feel at home!! Had a good conversation and after the cut and wash I felt amazing. I would love to say her name but I'm not exactly sure... it did start with an A lol. Anyways very pleased and will always go back to this awesome gal!!"

"0 for 2 Mr. Logan... today's visit had an 50 minute estimated wait time on app. Arrived at location with 24 minute wait time left. 2x staff but 6x seats. One staff mentioned to a patron that a regent management's decision on employee schedule change was negative for for her, then left after finishing a cut and went in back. "On deck" for 15 mins, before leaving without service. Left 1x staff. The entire staff there are joyous and kind and the only reason for return, when they're staffed."
